Here are some better photos of my KI-44 Shoki. Hope the lighting is better, at least I think it is. Ha ha.

Hope everyone has fun in the campaign. This was a quick build and I enjoyed it.

Hi guys, plenty going on here !!

Ayhan, super finish on the F-84G. I love the markings, very nicely done and I've marked you as FINISHED on Roll Call.

Mikemx has a Dassault almost finished, pics coming soon.

Keep posting those progress shots, and I'm updating ROLL CALL on Page 4 each time I get updates, and post finished pics in the Gallery if you wish

Thanks for the extension Damo. I really aught to be ashamed of myself.

(That's my attempt at being slightly disgruntled at your tardiness, although I don't ever recall being "gruntled" )

Not sure where your pics went, I can't see them in the Campaign Gallery. Never mind, I've registered you as finished so your ribbon is safe !!

@ Nick, your Meteor is coming along very nicely (as is the BIFF !!). Keep up the good work.

Cheers all, Leader Out !!

Nearly finished Kamide Koro's 1/144 SC1.
This was the first resin kit I've done. I did buy two and I'll
make a better job of the next one but that will be a present for my old man.

The more eagle eyed amongst you may notice a list of 1:1 projects in the background.
When I say a list I mean orders from the Fuhrer.

Beautiful job, Ayhan. I really like the way you made the different metallic colours for the panels.

I have started on my old school Matchbox B-17G. To avoid masking all the turrets, windows etc I am now trying a new approach. I will leave the aircraft in two parts seperating the fuselage down the middle. Then I can spray paint each part of the aircraft seperately leaving the fuselage in half so I can fix the interior afterwards.

We will see how it works out More to follow

Nice to see the builds in this tread are progressing. I have also made a little more progress on my B-17. I am now having second thoughts of my idea to spray the halves and touch up later to avoid having to mask the clear parts. Well, time will tell. Now I will try to follow through on the project.

More to follow.....

Apologies for my absence guys, had to go away for work for 3 days and I come back to some great progress here !! It's always a great feeling when the big sub-assemblies get attached and you start to see the kit take it's final shape.

Keep up the great work all, D

I might also have bitten of more that I can chew, but I was desperate to find a solution so I did not have to make masks for all the clear parts Time will tell.

Although I haven't done it with the Connie, previously I have masked the clear bits with Humbrool Maskol before fitting, assemble as normal and paint the model then rub the Maskol off. I did that with my Halifax last year.

Nice work there Nick, your Meteor is progressing well.

Welcome back to James (JMartine), I'm looking forward to some progress shots of your old Testors kit P-51 in-flight display !!

Don't forget that I posted a Roll Call back on page 4 of this thread so you can all see what builds are going on and who is finished. We are up to 39 enlisted now (with a few AWOL unfortunately), and some wonderful work on display by everybody.

Thanks guys, leader out. . . . .
