There will be two boxing's, the first being a Panzerbücker, there are three different sets of markings in Luftwaffe service. The second offering is the one I am looking forward to, the Bestmann. There are five very different sets of markings, that I would find difficult to choose between as they all look fantastic. I would be tempted if I had the money to buy six kits and build Bücker Bü-181 in all of the markings supplied. Would look great on the shelf.

Alley Cat continue their amazing series of conversion sets for the Airfix 1/24 Mosquito. The Mk XVIII 'Tse-Tse' were fitted with a Molins "6-pounder Class M" cannon, weighing 1,580 lb (716 kg) fitted with an automatic loader to allow both semi- or fully-automatic fire, in the nose, along with two .303 in (7.7 mm) sighting machine guns. The cannon was later deleted. The Air Ministry initially suspected that this variant would not work, but mock tests proved otherwise. Although the gun provided the Mosquito with yet more anti-shipping firepower for use against U-boats it required a steady, and hence vulnerable, approach-run to aim and fire the gun.
