Well done Terri.
I am rigging at the moment but have come to a halt with the wires between the small struts between the fuselage and upper wing. Any one got a clear diagram?

Thanks Keith.
It is another piece in the puzzle. I think I am letting AMS get to me and should just rig it how I think it should be rigged..
Sorry for hijacking your log Terri...
Cheers

Hi Guy's
Okay here is where the project stands . Dull cote is on and will start the weathering now .
I was able to remove the top cowl very carefully , I really wanted to have the engine displayed . How ever I did make a mess of the rsd to fuselage and could have done a much better job on her . Some of the decals did silver do to my own fault of not enough future layed down . For the PC shade I tried three different times to get it looking right , but I think it is to dark and should have lighten it with a little buff . Tamiya paints were used following WNW instructions excpt for the CDL which I used Guz sail colour ..........more to come in few days
Looks like i will get her done on time

I think it looks excellent. I am anxious to see how you rig it.
You certainly have given me inspiration to press on with my non-WNW build.

Thanks Guy's for the encouragement .
Mikael , the prop is my favorite part of the build , turned out really well . I started with sparying Tamiya Desret yellow with a dry brushing of red brown . This was then giving a cote of Vallejo wookgrain ( trasnsp ) # 182 ( 70828 ) fellowed buy two cotes of Tamiya clear orange and sealed with one cote of future .
Well the rigging I will have to use with what I have on hand . I have some line which is braided but this is more suited for German aircraft in this scale . Only other stuff on hand is what I use for rigging my 72 / 48 scale kit's . I do have brass wire , but I think that over time this will sag for the tension and I don't want to go there . So we will see here on which way I will go ................

Thanks Lars , really can't give a mix for it . I tried what WNW suggested for the mix and that didn't turn out to well , not to good with ratio's you know . The second try ending up being to dark . Third try is what you see on the aircraft now . I just kept adding a little of xf-10 to the xf62 until I was happy with it . Still think it's to brown , but I happy with it .

HI Terri:
I like your weathering, a nice touch and not overdone. Your PC-10 is about the same shade as mine, a little brown, but one can't be too dogmatic about PC-10! You're going to have a real barn burner there and a show stopper for sure.
Only Two days to go before the deadline! As Stephen would write: "Model On Please".
