- would this fella qualify for the campaign - http://www.eduard.com/store/out/media/gallery/2616/zoom/7083-a.jpg . It was part of the NJG. I and provided cover for Scharnhorst and Gneisenau during operation Donnerkeil.

Im in, and since I brought up opening the time frame to include WWI Ill be building Rodens 1/48 Sopwith 1 1/2 strutter comic night fighter, which I just brought home from the LHS. This wasnt my original intention as I have than plenty of qualifying kits. I thought I would not only make sure the early days were represented but that challenged myself a bit... or on this case, alot

Bf 110 painted black and part of NJG.I? Yes, I'd say that qualifies!

I'm in (of course, since I have a very soft spot for night fighters). Probably with an Eduard 1/48 Bf110 from their Royal Class boxing.

I was also thinking of that Bf 110 in 71/22 as well. Though I will try and do an Bf 109Dflown by Lt. Lutje IV(N)/JG2 and or an Italian Bf 110D.

I like Vance's ribbon because it is base on an actual ribbon andi like Jessie's as a banner

Im stuck between jessie's and michaels. I think both quickly communicate an idea about what they represent. The one may represent a real award but at first glance it looks like a plethora of other german awards.

Been having a rather sabatic year with very little modelling, but this topic urges me to get serious on 1 project at least. I have a Gekko ( Tamiya ) on my stash for years waiting for a real motivation to have a go...so count me in

Jeff,
While I hate to turn anyone away (and you've got a pretty cool sounding project there), I don't the PBY raiders could be considered fighters, that is aircraft who's job it is to shoot down other airplanes. Do you think I need to modify the rules to make that more specific?

The campaign admins set the dates when they approve the campaign. In this case it's from January 1st to June 30th of next year. You can find this on the campaign tab at the top of the page once any particular campaign has been approved.

perhaps it is a little odd to vote against my own ribbon, but the more I look at Michael's, the more I think it is the most suitable.

I'm in. I have nothing in the stash, but I am on the lookout, Blenheim or Defiant probably, failing that a Fiat CR32 would fit in with my collection.
