Hi all. My B72 is nearly fully built. I hit a bit of a problem when attaching the wings as they needed a lot of filler and sanding due to a large gap at the roots and have had to rescribe a lot of the detail.
Just wondering if we could get a month extension?

My build for this campaign has stalled and I also could use an extension to get it finished hopefully

@eMan - That PLA bomber looks great, congratulations!
@IronOwl - I like your B-24,too. I hope the gallery photos will be better
Hi everybody, as there are already some calls for an extension, I could do with one as well. Got some work in the office and in my house because of the start of the Christmas season, so I won't finish my Fortress today

But here are some pictures of my steady but slow progress. Especially the painting by hand takes some time
I hope I can mate the wings with the fuselage on this weekend. After some painting corrections (as there will be a few I'm sure...) then it's time for the decals.

Dear Campaign leader, ...please extend the dealine!,.. please
I'm grinding down into details and "add-ons" on this project but I'm trying hard to finish it so a little bit more time would be highly apriciated.
New seats made from a pice of plastic card, evergreen rod, electric wire and wine bottle cap
Yesterday late attached the first flap , it is scratch built from a wine bottle cap as my carpet monster got hold of it,.. But i noticed an error on the flaps wich I need to corect (on the B-47 inner Flaps are 2 actuators and not 3, ...it already did not look correct when I instaled it.
If the extension is granted i can finish the 33 "add-ons" that are now all molded in resin.
Thanks

My Ju 88 is complete but not done! Another weekend to do some weathering would be nice. An extension please?
Also need to take some better photos.

Well, I have to say that I'm very impressed both with the great work I see here and with the fact that you all seem to have run a very nice campaign without a campaign leader!
Given that the original time for the campaign ends today and that there have been several requests for an extension and that there's no leader to grant one, I'll step in. This campaign officially has a one month extension until December 31. That'll be it though, so get busy. No getting sidetracked by holiday goodies!

@Peter - that Fort is looking great!
@John - The 88 is looking amazing now, I can't wait to see it weathered!
@Jose - Beautiful paintwork on the Aardvark - well done!
Ok, I'm calling the Canberra done. So much for my thinking the decalling would take a day. There are a lot of pale yellow stencil decals all over the model, and over both the Hemp and the Light Aircraft Grey areas, they are very feint, which I am sure is realistic, but it certainly tested my vision!
Cheers Everyone!
