Hi Chris , thanks for the welcome back . Been very well and busy weekend in front of the bench .
This is were I'm at with the build . Metal coat is done using Vallejo Metal coat paint line . There is six different shades and a lot of masking tape . Also was able to spray the blue on the nose as well . I still need to mask off the aeras for the white part of the ID stripes

Beautiful, Terri!
Are you satisfied with Vallejo's new range of metal colors?
I recently tried out one and get more shine when just brushed instead a A/B. Good drying time and a quite stong surface.

Thanks guys for the continuing support and following along with the progress .
Well ...stick a fork in it she is finished ! I had to remove the front windscreen for repairs . Had blue paint run on the inside and have no idea how the hell that happened . It was an enjoying build and over all it really isn't a bad kit .
Thomas , I really like the Vallejo Metal coat paints . Really haven't had any troubles with them but I don't like their black primer for it . Just couldn't get it to spray right so I use Tamiya black and will vary with different shades as well . I just don't use black . They dry fast to the touch but need a full 24 hours to fully cure I find when sprayed. I do use them for brush painting , but only on smaller details and they are excellent for this as well .
Up next ...WNW Fokker E.1 early

I can only second about what Thomas said. You did a great job on this kit. Very good painting and the decaling looks flawless from here. Well done, Terri!
