I knew he would return. How is he doing? Mine had some injuries when gone for a long time(yhough he was a pirate's cat who enjoys looting the supermarket's stocks that may be why har har har).
I adored the He 111 by the way:}

Thanks Jean Luc, Leon & Yalım. This was the better thing that I could wish to start the new year. Now with my modelling companion again with me I will take and post the pics of my finished Spitfire.
Congratulations Dirk Danger & Reddiscus, those models look fantastic.

Will a different Duel in the Sky be done this year as well, with the combatants changing oponents?
Hi Jan!
No, I don't think it is planned this year. All good things must have an end...

Hi all!
Here is the "Duel" table three days before the Campaign's definitive end...

The number of finished entries has risen to 26!

Four more and we reach the 30 mark which was the number of finished entries for the "Teeth" Campaign. So I wish good luck to those who are still building!
The Bf 109 is the "Star" of this Campaign with 6 entries! Another "Star" is Steffen who built four models for this Group Build! Many thanks to him!

Sorry for the bad quality pictures
My brother messed up the digital camera and I had to take them with my webcam. I hope I can upload better images soon.

Hello everyone!
Success! I have completed the VF-41 Tomcat. Had a few family events (3 Y/O) along the way almost caused the aircraft to ditch but luck and skill prevailed LOL :-)
Mediteranean Sea - After flying against those goofballs last week we bathed in the limelight of success. My maintenance crew saw it fit to add our "Kill" to the Cat Tails. Jean-Luc, thank you for the "Duel build" and extending the time another week. Savage your welcome to fly with me

Hi Jean Luc:
I read a post of Lampie in wich he says he can see the Ribon of this Campaign in his Profile.
I don´t see any Ribon in my profile or other place. Where I have to look ?
Regards.
Carlos

Hi Carlos!
You don't see the ribbon because I didn't awarded it to you yet! :-)
I wanted to update the table and officialy close the Duel Campaign earlier this week but I didn't had the time to do so... but it should be done in the next couple of days.

Hi all!
Here is the final "Duel in the Sky" Table!

Finally, we got 34 finished models from 24 modelers!

I would like to thank all those who have participated and wish them to have as much fun in the 2007 Campaigns!
Jean-Luc
P.S. Carlos, now I know why you don't have a ribbon. It's because you didn't enlisted to the Campaign! Please do so in the Campaign page as soon as possible... thanks!

Hi Stefan E,
Thank YOU for the fun build!

Looks like we also had our own 'shiny-skinned, gaudily decorated painted-tail' subcategory!
If you do build a 1/48 P-47N, I can tell you about the Monogram / Pro-Modeler / Revell kit vs the Academy. If you use Academy, throw the decals away and find the
Super Scale (I used these) or the Pro-Modeler decals (haven't tried them for this kit, but like them in others).
I also thank everybody who participated, here are sooo many really nice models!
Jean-Luc, thanks for a fun campaign!
