We're out for two weeks, which the weather can set to everything between one and three. But the most important thing is to find the quality times. Bbq on a deserted no-name island, night navigation between lighthouses and buoys, race for this years top-speed and who makes the best dry martini. All equally important.

About the 1:32 car I have only one tip. Go get a Fly or Ninco slotcar chassis, put the body on that and invite your buddys to bring their old 70-vintage Scalextric tracks. A sure win

Tony

Shaken...or stirred? Keep the keel down and the sail up. and above all - don't spill the drinks{that would be alcohol abuse!}.
That seller tells me 4 days ago that he'll gladly refund if I send it back, but when I ask for the reurn addy he goes silent and has stayed that way. I had to leave my 1st "neg feedback"....didn't really want to do that. None of my friends do slots{blackjack! }.

That is why I never wanted to sell on e-bay. I have been running my site for about 5 years. I sell modeling downloads, CDs and extra kits and decals. No complaints just sales. That means you have to give the customer what they want. If anybody shows up at my little webstore they are usually looking for WWI specific topics. No gripes they want what they want. Prices are fixed and payments are easy. No time for hassles.

You have a website?...lay it on us please!
Ebay doesn't bother me so much as people who don't even look at what they've got, before they list....I like the honest folks who say "I didn't do an inventory of the kit...sold as is". I laugh at the "rare kit" listing because usually there's 2 or 3 more of them up for auction as well!

Alright...I need to ask a question of you guys-
What's a good, entry level compressor for my mother to paint her dollhouse and stuff with? I gave her my badger 175 creasendo and it's 3 tips, a spare reg and low psi read gauge...all she needs is a cheapish, entry level compressor.

Suggestions?!

Ok folks The long weekend is here so for movies "The Longest Day", "Saving Private Ryan", "Flags of our Fathers" and "Letters from Iwo Jima."

The All American Picnic will prevail. Burgers, brats and steaks. Green and potato Salads with all the fixings. Corn on the cob, baked potatoes, with lots of fresh creamy butter and salt. The salt and pepper are in the grinding mill for your convienience. Some elegant steak sauces will be on hand for a bit of flavor. Bubbling Ice cold lemonade and tea in frosty pitchers. Sodas in the ice chests including the rare Verner's Ginger ale. Sweet grapes by the bunches and Hershey bars and Orioles in case someone gets da munchies.

Beer from an iced keg on tap We have Bud and Coors 8% - 12% thank you.

Fresh homeade Peach, Vanilla, Strawberry and Blueberry ice cream. Lemon, and Chocolate Marainge and strawberry pies. The whipped cream is fresh too.

Coffees will be the Black Silk dark roast with a touch of raseberry sweet cream as a side offering.

Emporer Cigars, hand rolled on the bare thighs of the maidens from the common wealth of Virginia. Mint Juelips for the closing Fireworks.

Andrew...whilst I distract terry out in the street with the usual disquise{though I have been seen wearing babushcas while playing tea party with my duaghter...there's no shame in being a daddy}...you sneak in from the back and grab two kits to survey them...ane we'll make good our ecsape. Should any shoes get in your way, push them over to the side and beat feet....

This collection has been a rolling snowball since 4 years or so ago. Someday I'll recount and see where I'm at. From the pics you'll see "I'm loyal to none...sworn to fun"{cars/trucks/planes/boats/sci fi/armor/motorcycles and a snowmobile}. I've actually donated about 12 kits to the kid's school for octoberfest's raffles....it kinda hurt{hehe}....but it was for a good cause.

It wasn't really intentional and sadly, I have more than my LHS too. That Ar196 would be fine...1/72 or 1/48?
Still wainting on my floats to show up from england so I can do the Ju52 floater.
