G'day all;

I heard about the sorrow in Terri's life. my sincere condolences to you and your whole family. You seem to be a bit on the brighter side so a movie and some fun seems the ticket.

"That thing you do" and "Scent of a woman". For the desert Raseberry, orange, pineapple and lime sherbet.

-I like alot of music, but led zep is a classic...among others.{I like 50's music too...and 80's, and...well, alot of music}
-As for zep leaving it to the brother's grim{oops - BG's} to make good music...I'm still waiting!!!
{now, KC and the sunshine band...yeah}
-hally?..{isn't that a reach?!} it's more like bow-wow.....pfipher too{however ya spell it}.
...there was a 3rd cat woman on the show, but her name escapes me-

Odd rant tonight...got a revell 1/32 beaufighter today from hobbytownusa...they actually had a sale! $10 off the items on the table, so the beaufighter @ $24.98 followed me home...I had to. I'm perusing the directions and paint schemes and note that the 2nd paint scheme{beaufighter IF AFDU} has 3 colors shown to be used{brick red/fiery red/anthractite}, but there's no references on that pic to what color goes where....typical revell...still a nice plane though. Oh, revell, paint manufactures for the paint colors given woulda been nice too...

Who's up for gyros?!

I had sushi for lunch today with so much wasabi that my nose got stung by a thousand bees and spiders crawled out of my ears.
I was full but got hungry again in about an hour...

I grow up with many types of music Bob , yes even the Bee Gees . Everything from Classical to Opera with folk music . As long as it has a good beat and one can bug out to it it's all good .

Now how about some Stomping Tom Connors ...............

KSO , how was the sushi ?

Shouldn't Tony be back from his trip soon ? Hmmm ........hope he didn't get lost at sea ....

-KSO, nooooooooo not for me...the only raw fish I like is in our fish tank here.

-and catwoman...oops, terri....ya had to mention that one...just brought back the song in my head when I was up in wisconsin snowmobiling years ago...dave's dad...what a card! The "snowmobile" song wasn't enough as his accent was.....ah memories.....

..and follow it with Metaxa (7 star of course) & Zorba The Greek if you don't mind the slushy "story" Mama mia, the scenery is so Greek
KSO ignore the heathen dragon, sushi is great, but you're right about feeling hungry an hour later.
Bob, there is a Beau under resortation at Duxford, unfortunately it is a long way from flying. Surely Revell do their own paints but I confess I don't use them.

yes, I love eating sushi. Good for you too. It can get pricey though, so we only eat it once in a while.

Sittng in a hotel in Manchester, examining the Eastern Express 1/72 Bleriot XI I Have just bought for the French campaign. Cockpit detail is a bit sparse, in fact, all detail is sparse, and it would have been better in a larger scale.
Barman! a pint of Old Peculiar please and a packet of Salt & Vinegar crisps. Settles down to watch repeats of MASH on the telly

Stash said kit for a rainy day and buy another?

Blah...raw fish...now, if your inclined to toss a porterhouse on the grill for about 5min a side, that would do fine...cow...yes...fish...noooooo!
I figured revell would have their paint listed, but they usualy say on there the number for it...I still can't picture the paint scheme either.

Well you guy's can have your raw fish and half cook beef , which is still raw in some sence .
how you can do that is beyond me ..................

I heard about that kit before and saw some builds of it Andrew . Must say that it is a very simple kit and lacking in detail . but does look nice built up in the right hands . Be a piece of cake for you !!!

Thats what you get when you buy a sealed box.. no idea what is inside. Bob, nothing wrong with the trad food, but I like to try other ideas and sushi works for me, but so does a Porterhouse steak, and spaghetti Bolognese, and lamb dupiasa, and Moroccan Chicken with couscous. Guess I'm omniverous, or just greedy
