The excellent Eduard MiG 21 series seems to have inspired Afterburner Decals away from their usual excellent fayre of US Navy/Marines/Air Force subjects. There is an extraordinary choice of subjects; can you have too many MiG 21’s?

Afterburner Decals are to produce two 1/48 decal releases for one of the best looking aircraft ever in my humble opinion, the SR-71 Blackbird. Part I will have markings for 11 SR-71A's and Part II 14 aircraft including the SR-71A / B and the interceptor the YF-12. Afterburner are aiming to release these sets in time for the IPMS nationals on the 3rd August in Omagh by the Sea, Nebraska.

Some exciting new releases for the new year from Afterburner. Some very useful stencils for the F-4. One of those aircraft that at points in it's long career practically had a maintenance manual stenciled on the airframe. The other release is for the Tomcats of VF-103 the Sluggers. I will let the good folk at Afterburner sell their products.

Eras include the early 80s through Desert Storm, SEA, SEA wrap, lizard and Hill schemes. Wing and Squadron flagships in all schemes, 3rd TFS and 90th TFS in Hill and Lizard schemes. The guys at Afterburner Decals are pretty pleased as well:
