Eduard are as prolific as ever and the following is just a taste of what they have in store for aircraft modellers this winter.
Starting off with their 1/48 scale kits, as expected the Fokker D.VII (OAW) has already sold out - but, to meet the continuing demand, Eduard have announced a limited extra run. After that, the Fokker-built D.VII will be released in December.
In a new move Eduard are releasing their Pfalz D.III in a combo kit (Kit # 1114) - with two complete kits and no less than 6 markings options. The kits will feature improved parts from the D.IIIa and colour photo-etched frets.
New releases planned for November and December include a Bristol Fighter nightfighter version and a brand new kit - the Fokker E.V (D.VIII), while early 2006 should see the release of a series of Polikarpov I-16s.
Also planned are a series of Yak-1s, taking the Accurate Miniatures toolings and augmenting them with colour etched frets.
Turning to Eduard's etched frets, in 1/32 scale there are:
32 549 - F-16CJ Fighting Falcon interior for the Academy kit
32 550 - Me 262A-1 Schwalbe interior for the Trumpeter kit
In 1/48 scale:
49 324 - Ju 87G-2 Stuka for the Hasegawa kit
49 266 - Ki-46 III Dinah for the Tamiya kit
49 330 - MH-60G Pave Hawk interior for the Academy kit
49 342 - Fw 200 Condor interior
48 523 - Fw 200 Condor landing flaps
48 532 - Fw 200 Condor antennas - all for the Trumpeter kit
Full details of all the above can be found on the Eduard website.
