Hi Harry
Happily there's no need - Stephen's already done the honours
HERE. For once I can just look forward to building a kit without worrying about doing a review.

Airfix's lovely Sea Vixen arrived yesterday. Nicely molded, save for some annoying ejection pin marks. I must say, the sprues and gates are remarkably huge! Nevertheless, I feel like clearing the bench and doing a strictly OOB build on this one. All I need now is a Classic Airframes Sea Venom and an Airfix Buccaneer to complete the set -- well, maybe a Phantom, too?

Hi Bill
All being well, Pavla's cockpit upgrades for the Sea Vixen will be with us soon, so watch out for the review.
Postie delivered a fantastlc bundle of cockpit instrument and placard decals courtesy of Airscale today. I'll get cracking on the reviews ASAP:

Hi Gang
some nice arrivals over the past week or so. Today I got a parcel from Karaya with 5 sets of Spandau MGs in 48 scale and this booklet:
Past week I got the Macchi M.5 from Freightdog models (Blue Max range)
and some decals from Pheon for that very model (also some wheels and legs for the Albatros D.V ... 3 sets each)
My living room with my small library is setup as of saturday and my models are in their shelves since yesterday
no damage to them
--- as I told you J-L .. the ZU-23-2 Flak was just my own stupidity (BTW the Flak 30 and 38 are under developement from ACE)
more on order ......
all the best

Hi again
There was an exciting delivery from Pavla today:
A couple of golden oldies in the shape of their Buffalo and Wyvern detail sets, but of course the big news is the brand new cockpit upgrade for the Airfix Sea Vixen. I'll get on with reviews this week.
All the best

Hi yet again!
I think poor Postie must be getting fed up with calling at Castle Aeroscale today! When I got home at tea-time, there was yet another mystery package waiting - this time containing a birthday present from Santa Luc!
Many thanks Jean-Luc!

Nice kits you folks are getting! I might have to go to the old meat grinder machine and churn out a few bills; take my chances on getting spanked. I want one of those new Trackers.

Hi Gang
this is some stuff of the past week or so. A lot of goodies for the Jag, but I still could not find a kit for a price that I like (I always get overbid on Evilbay) ... anyway, at least I have the paragon stuff and teh decals I like.
The Tamiya Pz.II is a gem as is the brand new LiF 18....
all the best

Hi all,
Doh! I was at T2M yesterday and forgot to ask about the Pz.II...
This is what I picked up there...
This is a book I have seen in Steffen's library and I couldn't resist buying it afterwards. It is a must have if you are interested in the Afrika Korps and the Hs 126...

It's been a while since I got a haul of this magnitude. From the annual Model Expo that's being held this weekend.
That potential mystery item under the Lifecolor paint set is a Model Kasten zimmerit tool set.
But man, finally! I've been wanting to get a Hold & Fold for quite a while.
That's some sweet looking gnarly tech dudes!
Now let's see tomorrow just how well I can resist the temptation of that Eduard MiG-21MF...
I got a funny feeling one might end up following me home.
