Love the memphis belle.looked everywhere never had any 1/72 stuff come up.think it would be pretty hard to keep it looking crisp and clean in that scale.Dont know dont get discouraged im sure theres something out there.

Leaning very heavily towards a Hasegawa 1/72 B-25 ... possibly a Corsica bird if I can get the decals sometime soon.

I would have responded but I still don't know what I'm going to do yet and I want to clean my bench of current projects before I do decide and get started.

Folks,
Ok, since it is time to declare, I'm looking at an early P-38F in 1/72 scale. Hopefully, I can find a decent decal sheet with some great nose art. I have one, but the nose art is not that great. In my opinion, the early -38's in Africa and the MTO are quite often overlooked.

So if anyone has any ideas as far as decal sheets that are still available, please let me know, Thanks.....Bruce......

OK, I think I'm in. I have a Trumpeter 1/32 P-47N with Zotz decals for "2 Big and Two Heavy"/"Short Snorter". I figure this one will fit into at least 3 campaigns, the Pacific one on Aromorma, the Dressed to Kill one on P-47 Heaven, and this one. Whoo hoo! Glutton for punishment!

The newspaper is there to prove that I haven't started yet.

Let the fun begin!

The problem you have though is that traditionally you can't use the same kit for several campaigns. You have to do a different kit for each campaign.

Hi Michael!

Exactly the same kit as I am going to build, with exactly the same decals!

You have an excellently good taste!

Note that If you are going to use Both nudes (left and right) You should have the later, striped tail, as on aircraft no.3! (If you didn´t already know this!)

Cheers!

Hi Justin, I'm still in, and still with the Trumpy 1/32 P-47 razorback wearing some variation of the Elvgren cutie. I'm also in another group build, and have been bogged down with some "real world" stuff for a while (it's been a bit of an eventful year so far). Hopefully, though, things are slowing down and I'll be able to get some progress made. Looking forward to following everyone's builds . . .

Regards;
