I'm gonna miss the campaign galleries, but not the hassle of uploading to the gallery. Campaign ribbons and ranks are also going to be missed.

Hi again
I've got to admit it's starting to look impossible that I'll make even the extended deadline. I should know after all these years on Aeroscale that this time of year sees a deluge of samples as manufacturers get ready for Christmas!
With the current Covid-19 pandemic, this year it will obviously be even more important than usual for them to rustle up online orders, so focussing on writing reviews over my own projects will be a bigger priority than ever.
I'll post pics of my finished Battle of Britain Spitfire when it's done - but, honestly, I think my realistic target is to squeak in before the New Year.
I'd have loved to have had a medal for this campaign, but it wasn't to be.
All the best
Rowan

Well Merlin, that's kinda too bad. Love to see you finish one, but you do a lot better job on the reviews than I do. Here's hoping that there are some neat 1/72 goodies in the pipeline.

Sorry to hear it Rowan, but understood. I'm having to push pretty hard to get the Hurri done. We'll see...

Keeping the spirit of the Regia Aeronautica in the Battle of Britain alive: arriving late and achieving a rather mediocre result, not for lack of trying though !

I'd hardly call that mediocre, especially considering what you started with.

Wow, that really is something. The camo looks like quite the challenge.

Well, time to close this one down. Ribbons have been awarded, so if you didn't get one and think you should have, let me know. Thanks to all who participated and congrats to those who finished. On to the next one!

Thanks Michael. The ribbon looks nice up there. Thanks for shepherding this one to the end. Really enjoyed the build.
