Eagle Editions are mounting a special commemoration for Wolfgang Falck, known affectionately by his former comrades as the Father of the Night Fighters, who died in March this year.

Wolfgang Falck's Bf 110
First off is a limited edition of print of Falck's all-black Messerschmitt Bf 110, co-signed by Falck and the artist Jerry Randle. The painting is based on Falck's personal recollections, right down to the fuselage code G9+GA. The aircraft should have carried the code "AA" but, as Falck recalled later, "The 'G' stood for a girl's name I was in love with and is also the seventh letter in the alphabet. Seven is my lucky number."

Each print measures 19"X 28" image with borders and is limited to 950 prints with 50 artist's proofs. All prints signed and numbered.
Artist's Proofs - $245.00
Signed and numbered prints - $145.00

Wolfgang Falck, an autobiography
Falck's autobiography features over 250 photos, 200 pages, and color aircraft profiles of Falck's Bf 110s.

The book is available in two editions:

Standard Edition - 8.5" X 11", hardcover - $45.00
Deluxe, leather bound, limited edition of 300, each autographed by Wolfgang Falck - $95.00
Only a dozen or so of the signed edition are left.

Oberst Wolfgang Falck Bust
Sculpted by Master Sculptor Rick Terry, this 10" bust of The Father of the Night Fighters was created in honour of Falck's 90th birthday, 19 August 2000. It's available in a limited edition of only 300, each numbered cold cast bronze is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity - $125.00.

I may have to buy this. I met Oberst Falck at the 1st Annual Fighter Symposium in Mesa, AZ, in 1990. He signed my copy of Horrido! Fighter aces of the Luftwaffe. One of the few I have had the privilage to meet before 'heading west'.
