Rob,
nice going with the removal of those lights. All that detail next to them is still perfect.

Looks good, Rob. It is beginning to look like a Voodoo.

Nice to see you keep an uncluttered work space

Rob, great to see a Voodoo being built. One of my favourites.

Made some more progress on my Tiger Moth. It's now starting to look like an aeroplane. The wings fit beautifully and have very nicely done rib detail. The trailing edges of the wing and tailplane are VERY thin and needed some gentle sanding to get rid of the mold line. Having worked on a pig of a kit for the Seaplane campaign, it's great to have something which builds so well. I'm now looking forward more than ever to building a couple of other Airfix new releases if this is anything to go by.

Started on the airbrakes, these are the parts I will solder them together for strength. I also had to redo the top seam as it came apart adding the wing and I didn't do such a good job when I re-glued it.

Cheers Rob.

A little more progress on the Danish anniversary F-16.

I could not resist the temptation and had to add a full load of missiles, fuel tanks, and bombs.
I understand the unlikely scenario that an anniversary F-16 would load up with live ordnance, live missiles, and dummy missiles at the same time. However, I used some artistic licence and it just looks good

Next are the decals. I have already started - more to follow soon.

Jesper,
Your paint scheme looks dead on perfect. Can't wait see it with the decals. It should be really quite spectacular.

I hope I am not too late. Great builds so far, I have really enjoyed going through the photos in this campaign.

I started yesterday with an Spanish I-16 (Eduard, 1/48) during the Spanish Civil War.

Thanks a lot for the comment, Joel. Appreciate it.

Carlos, great choice! I have this kit in my stash. Some fantastic camouflage and marking schemes included. What is your choice?

Richard, looking forward to see it with some color on it

I have finished my MA 727 Anniversary Danish F-16. A nice little build and one of my best 1/72 results so far. For sure the coolest decals ever - if you are a Dane at least

The final varnish coat did not go on perfectly. Might have been too much moisture in the air. Smaller point and not really noticeable unless really getting close, but still annoying

Jesper that is a lovely model. the tail decal is gorgeous!

Too bad the varnish went wrong. I have experienced that, but I never understand what variable was the cause.

Jesper, what a gorgeous model! I am going to do a double build eventually: one republican and one captured fascist. But I may finish only the republican one for this campaign.

Gonzalo, I have that model in my stash, looking forward to your build.

I have been working on the cockpit, I like how some of it is coming. I am finding the detail is a little soft, one thing that came out well although it's hard to make out in my bad picture is the radar screen I got the square screen with red cover really well.

Cheers Rob.

I am haveing problems with my build. I can't seem to get my decals to print the correct size. Tha and other things are forcing me to drop out of this campaign. I don't think I can make the deadline.

Thanks for the comments, Carlos and Jonanthan. Much appreciated.

Darrel, sorry to hear. There will always be a hangar queen campaign at some point to enter your build.

Rob,
Those two IPs do look rather nice.

Jasper,
Outstanding. Very nicely done.

Darrell,
Sorry to hear that. Isn't there any commercial AM decals you can use?

Joel

Commercial decals aren't made for my aircraft choice. It was(is) in the colours of the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources. I will still try to finish before the deadline.
