Stephen,

So will this build require that we start a kit after 9/1/09 or can we pick up on one we've started already (but, of course, set down to work on something else)? I've got the fuselage together on a Junkers but have an SE5 and F2b unstarted.

Michael

Greetings Michael!
The short answer is Any aircraft kit you have or have not started. as long as it is a WNW product. Here is the sign up sheet and the posted rules & regs.

I had my doubts wether or not to join this G/B,but I am going to! (the WNW prize offer is not the reason). I will join with the SE5a.

Quit exciting for me, it'll be my first 32nd scale ww1 project.

Cheers, Nico

the Goon is ME for some reason only half my post came out

There are a few small issues and room to superdetail it if you wish.

One small suggestion, drill and pin the control surfaces....I've knocked the rudder or an airleron off everytime I pick her up to work on her.

You will enjoy it, thats an order

Well, let's just hope that the Harry Tate gets released well before the closing date.

My lovely wife and I have decided that renting is for mugs and are in the middle of BUYING OUR OWN HOUSE!

So, finances will be tight and I am restricting my self to only the RE8 or the Pup. Probably the RE8.

And you all know how fast I build

Cheers,

Hugh

Enrollment will be open throught the sign up date to the last day of the GB. I want everyone to have a chance. Since I am the Aeroscale staffer leading this foray and the WNW contact. I recuse myself from the winner's circle possibilities. I will be calling on nonparticipating staffers to assist in the judging.

This will be fine. Hope that Eduard will give us the etch to replace some off the things Wingnuts put in the boxes.

There´s plenty off real good modellers in this list, so lets get some fresh glue and new lightbulbs

Since this GB also allowes already started kits at the time of the beginning I already made a little start on the SE5a. Amazing, it almost is a kit which needs hardly any glue. A lot of parts stay on their place without cement. That sure is a new experience.

Now. . .Drum roll please. The Central Powers.

Looks like a late model Schwerin airframe with a 180hp BMW IIIa.

Definately a D.V with the late 170hp - early 180hp Mercedes. Now where is Carl? He wanted to know about this too.

SSSSHHHH!!!! Alright everyone gather round. Bit of something going on down under Sept. 5-6, 2009. Keep a weather eye out now.

Hi
Sadly I must jump off just before the fun starts. A member in my family have turn sick so I can´t say how much I can work with my hobby for the moment. I´m sorry a guy´s family must come first.
Good luck to all others

Stephen and the Aeroscalites,

I'm in on this too and I'll try to be quiet about September 5-6. At least I can stop visiting their website three times a day till then. I hope they include "lozenge" decals with the Albatros D.V kits.

Larsa, I'm sorry you won't be participating. I hope your loved ones make a full recovery and you may have time to join us in the future.

Regards, Dwayne

Stephen with the endless teasers ... In my opinion, the colors that make up the "lozenge" included in the Wingnuts kits is one of the weaker parts of the package. Compare them with the Eagle Strike or the Microsculpt offerings and you'll see what I mean. I intend to "tint" mine once I finally get around to using them. On the other hand ... if this other teaser is a sign of things to come then I may not have to!

Greetings Good Nico!

We have until Oct 1 so with just 1 to go we are in good shape. Remember this one's going to last a year and a month. I am excited about the newer issues I must say.
