Hi All
I have submitted a campaign proposal for a Douglas Aircraft Campaign covering DC-1 through DC-7 civil and military variants.
If interested please post here.
I have an Airfix DC3 that I can build for this campaign. The decals are toast, I'll acquire some new ones, something Alaskan.
Change of plan, I'll be building a civilian Revell / Monogram DC3 1/89 scale (box scale).

A little more teasing.

I have the feeling there will be more than 10 DC-3 through 7 entries in this campaign after all.

Hey Jessica, that McDonnell XP-67 Moonbat was quite a good looking aircraft, although I think they only built one of them. It was later destroyed in a hanger fire I think. Who knows, if the engines had been good enough, maybe it would of been the second really great twin engine fighter produced anywhere in the world. The first being the Lockheed P-38 Lightning! Russell

Interesting choice, I will be doing the same kit. I was given one for my Birthday back in April. Though I may try and find the float version when it is released. I have an addiction to float planes.

Hi Steve.
Any AC with floats get my vote!
I hope someone runs a float plane campaign soon.

Richard, that would be a super choice, and certainly one of, if not the most unusual aircraft built for the campaign.

Just climbing on board for the Douglas Prop Campaign latter this summer with the SWS 1/32 Douglas A-1H Skyraider of VA-155. Planning on using a number of AM accessory upgrade sets and finishing off the Skyraider with a hand rubber gloss Dark Navy Blue finish (I have my fingers crossed on this one).

A Zoukei-Mura Pete??? Please do a thorough build log for that. It's so rare that anyone splashes out the dough for these kits.
I looked at the instructions on .pdf for their Uhu. It was terrifying! I'm not sure if they're the Rolls Royce of aero kits or just the Moby Dick of builds.
bonne chance
