Jessica & Ben, have you checked out ebay?
Joel

There are two very good reasons why not.
1. I loathe evil-bay and refuse to encourage them;
2. Buying things requires money, which is rather scarce at the moment.

Well it seems that Ben is less than enthusiastic about Revell kits so if you're serious about donating a kit for the cause I'll volunteer for it

Jessica, Welcome aboard. Of course Justin nor I have not really given any thought to when this unofficial GB will start. Originally, I told him that the completion of his F102A when he's ready should be our start date. I'm sure that I'll be done with the TBD-1 before that. My only real concern is the Grumman's campaign next July.

Hopefully, I'll get Justin to sign on. And speaking of signing on, you're still uncommitted. Leroy wouldn't be too happy about that.

I'm a gentleman, Jessica. Girls come first every time. I think your in for a box full of torment, though, from what I've read about the Revell/Monogram P-61. Good luck.

Oh, I know exactly what's in the box. I built it back at the turn of the Century. If I did it once, I can do it again.

I do admit ben the great wall kit is a great kit but a little ruff for people to spend money on. I remember when hasegawas f-22 first came out I jumped on the crazy train spent 100 dollars and now look what you can get it for

Justin
She sure is BIG and I have started limiting the size and amount of 32nd scale kits I buy and plan to build, as both the cost and room has become a factor these days Just another reason why I'm starting to work in both scales these days.

OK, you talked me into it, I stopped at my favorite LHS Sunday and snagged myself another Airfix 1/72 P-61. I was dreaming I could snag the DML one but he didn't have any. And just like the last Black Widow, one of the prop blades is snapped off..

Or I might trade for the DML 1/72 kit and a president to be named later.
