I resemble that! Every time I clean up, it takes we an hour to find anything......
Barkeep looks like I need the single malt tonight!
A clean desk is the sign of an empty mind!

As I tilt a cool can of Black Ice, I notice there is a fly on the ceiling. Reminds me my can is nearly empty, and I require the service of a friendly bar-keep.

Victory at Sea?
It's been a really crappy day, I'll have a double.
Can you set up a Pabst Blue Ribbon for my dad, Sgt Dory Doremus, USAAF, 1920-2012 RIP?

That is a wierd beastie George is flying, no cabane struts, what is holding the upper wing on? From Sagittarius Rising the squadron gets drunk on mixed champagne and whisky applied over the head with a sponge. Shampoo anyone?

Today is the Autumnal Exuinox in the Northern Hemisphere. We say goodbye to Summer and hello to Autumn. Those modellers fortunate to live Down Under are welcoming the arrival of Spring. It is a time of change as the cycle of seasons turns.
We shall serve something appropriately Autumnal and Vernal at the same time: Spiced mulled cider.

Just happen to have some mixings in cupboard. Now down to the basement for that new stock of Spanada red wine! Wait where are the stock room keys?

In honour of my 50th trip around the sun, I'll serve the single malt tonight.
Just don't be surprised if you wake up with pink lozenge painted on your toenails though.

29 with 21 years of experience...

I can't feel superior, I'm 21 (and some months)
456!
and yes, months go galloping past too quickly. Another pint of Wells Eagle please and a Highland Park chaser. Watched "she wore a Yellow Ribbon" in Monument Valley a couple of months ago, weird experience to see the location on screen, then turn round and see the real thing. "Stagecoach" was on the second night, how about that

How many horseback chases were there around Red Rock Mountain? Or was it Table Top, great minds are losing it...

It being harvest festival time here in the Great White North, it's time for the annual Thanksturkey feast.
Vegetarians may have Tofurkey as an alternative.
Yes, we have our harvest festival right after the harvest. Why do you ask?

Late night here at the cafe.
The winds are stout tonight. 40-45 mph. I had to take the cushions off the deck furniture and pull the umbrella down. Then the rain starts. Good timing.
Roast & potatoes in the crockpot. Hot coffee & heavy cream.
Carrot cake and hot Bengal Spice Chai tea.
No movie tonight. Just plowing through the WNW Fok.E.III kit review.
We need someone to plan the Punkin-chunkin event. . .
