Hi Joel
The Hampden is coming together nicely and good job on the prop repair.
That aircraft EA-M was flown by Roderick Learoyd in which he won his Victoria Cross. His citation read as follows:
This officer, as first pilot of a Hampden aircraft, has repeatedly shown the highest conception of his duty and complete indifference to personal danger in making attacks at the lowest altitudes regardless of opposition. On the night of 12th August, 1940, he was detailed to attack a special objective on the Dortmund Ems Canal. He had attacked this objective on a previous occasion and was well aware of the risks entailed. To achieve success it was necessary to approach from a direction well known to the enemy, through a lane of especially disposed anti-aircraft defences, and in the face of the most intense point-blank fire from guns of all calibres. The reception of the preceding aircraft might well have deterred the stoutest heart, all being hit and two lost. Flight Lieutenant Learoyd nevertheless made his attack at 150 feet, his aircraft being repeatedly hit and large pieces of the main plane torn away. He was almost blinded by the glare of many searchlights at close range, but pressed home this attack with the greatest resolution and skill. He subsequently brought his wrecked aircraft home and, as the landing flaps were inoperative and the undercarriage indicators out of action, waited for dawn in the vicinity of his aerodrome before landing, which he accomplished without causing injury to his crew or further damage to the aircraft. The high courage, skill and determination, which this officer has invariably displayed on many occasions in the face of the enemy sets an example which is unsurpassed. In the Hangar:

Great work going on here!
I've gotten to this point on the Tamiya 1/32 Mosquito:
But I need to take a break on this to get going on an F4U for the 1945 campaign. Given how well that one goes together, I hope to get back to the Mossie soon!

Oliver, great to see your Do335 hit the bench. I'm looking forward to watching that build.
Andrew, very nice work on the repairs. They came up well. Just be careful not to break the other blades off now while you mask the glasshouse! Stephen, thanks for posting the info on the particular aircraft that Andrew is building. What an incredible story.
Michael, I keep saying, it, that Mossie looks amazing. Awesome work.
Joel is surging along on his B-25 build, you can find the
Build Log Here. Really nice work cleaning up the poorly fitting parts in a few areas.
Roll Call/Build Status post on page 1 has been updated. We are 3 months down, 3 months to go in this Group Build, it would be nice to see a few more builds hit the bench! Come on folks, who's up for it?
Cheers, D

Slightly more than proof of life...
I've almost recovered from installing the bomb bay door wrong. Putty, extra plastic, more putty and it's nearly level, just a bit more that I hope I can cover up with Mr. Surfacer...

Great progress Jose, Betty is looking really nice. What paint are you using, and is the weathering pre-shading or post-shading?
Thomas, great to hear that you have hit the sprues on your Hudson.

Yes, definitely great progress on lots of lovely twins here.
Had some bench time and used it for the cockpit. I added some PE-Parts.
The ejection seat was hard to build. Hopefully, I can attach it without loosing some of those tiny parts.
Next will be some paint!
