I went ahead and ordered the Italeri kit for the campaign. So we will see how it fairs.

This campaign has been APPROVED! It will run from 1 March through 1 September, 2020. To view the rules and sign up, go here.
Ribbon, anyone?
Michael
I liked the ribbon from the 2015 Schwallbe Campaign:
Perhaps the same but with a different background color? Or maybe a 262b silhouette? That original 2015 ribbon design is attractive, but I'm not fond of the "II" or "2" on campaign ribbons...

Glad to see people excited about The campaign. I've enlisted too.
Tim's idea to use the original flag and change the background color seems pretty good to me. The size of the image just leave so little room.
But of course... if anyone is feeling creative, by all means put something forward to vote on. Just ensure it's all shrunk down to appropriate size and in .gif format.

I’m pretty sure I had a couple of alternative ribbons made up for Schwalbe I, I will see if I can dig them up.

Thank you for that, Damian!

This is the other option we looked at, showing the signature triangular fuselage section.

I had a play tonight with a nice silhouette

Damian,
I like the image very much, but the details get a bit lost in tiny size - perhaps a solid silhouette?

gary we could possibly use the silhouette of a prototype or specialized 262, like the glass nosed bomber or canon.

Joe,
We sure could. Someone just needs to draw one up top vote on. We have six months.

Alright everyone,
I've updated the first post to signify our change from a campaign idea into an actively recruiting campaign.
Also you will find a link to enlist there.

Gazza, you're killing me mate! The last Schwalbe Campaign was my doing, and I still haven't managed to finish my build for THAT ONE . I just can't see myself saying no to this one either, especially since this kit just somehow made its way into my stash.
To summarise, I'm IN!!!
Cheers, D
Hi, All!
Now THERE'S a RARE BIRD and a RARE model kit! I knew I should have picked up one of those when they first came out! But... I didn't... (What a DOPE!!!)

Hi Dennis.
This Dragon kit is a rebox of the old Trimaster kit, I haven't popped it open to check the quality of the moulds yet. I picked up my Dragon kit very cheap from a local Facebook BSS page.
Hobby Boss have released a new tool version of the same variant which should be easier to come by.

Hi!
Didn't know HOBBY BOSS released one of these! I've been concentrating on WWII US/Allied aeronautical machinery, instead... Been thinking about picking up one of the newer EDUARD 1/48 Fw.190A-8 or A-8/R2 kits. Presently, I've got a half-dozen other projects going on my workbenches, so it's doubtful that I'll be entering any campaigns. I'll be watching, though. That's providing that my various health-issues don't kick in, instead...

Great to see some good build information already.
Bigrip74 (Bob R.), Can I get some scale information on your kit, please. I'll need it to fill out the membership list.
