Just barely catching the 4th wire on a landing rated OK.
Dragon 1/144 F-14A+ Tomcat
Ready for launch.
Not a great effort, but it's done.

Hi All,
What a great variety of subjects for this campaign. Despite great advances on both the Vigi, and "Carmel" colored Zero, you'll all have to see them presented in the Hanger Queen Campaigns. The Zero looks just silly missing the upper gear doors, no idea where they went either!
Any other late great builds? Head over to the current Hanger Queen 10 campaign and show off your work!
Thanks for a fun campaign!
John

Time to bring this one in for the trap. Excellent work, everyone, and congrats to those who finished! Ribbons have been awarded, so if you didn't get one and think you should have, let me know.
See you around the site!

Thanks folks. It turned into a very challenging campaign for me, 1/144 may not be my scale. I learned a lot about the stuff that happens on a carrier deck during launch operations. Ribbon looks nice up there. Hope we have another campaign like this one soon.

I know the Campaign is over and ribbons awarded. But I finally finished the diorama and got some pictures.
I thought that 1/72 figures were difficult, halving the size doubles the problems.

That dio looks really great, and in this small scale, Mark! My congrats
I'd love another campaign of this theme, too!
Cheers

I'm not much of a diorama builder. My last one, I helped my daughter do one for a 6th grade history project showing Lewis & Clark (1/32 scale Revolutionary War figures) meeting Sacagawea (Disney's Pocahontas). She got an A. But that was nearly 30 years ago.
I've got another Dragon kit with a deck, F4F-4 with folding wings. Love to get that one done some day.
