I treated myself to some Glenlevit for these holidays and while sipping some last night I remembered this nice little international resin-rukus dive filled with some great styrene slashers.
Merry Christmas! How ya guys been?

Got a new set of beer glasses for Christmas. Not I gotta figure out how to break them in. Guinness or Harp?

Merry Christmas everyone.

I'd go with the Guinness myself but Harp is pretty good too. Heck, get both as you're not going to throw the glasses out after the first use, right?

Hi Mark

I think a nice drop of Tanglefoot would make an admirable filling for one of the glasses.

All the best

Rowan, I had to Google that one. I assume you are talking about the beer and not the insect repellent?.

Best wishes,

Ian

Definitely. If you're an insect.

Hi Ian

I'll obviously have to be careful what I drink if I ever visit the US! They always say we're two nations separated by a common language, but I think the Brits got the better end of the deal on this occasion: our Tanglefoot is a really nice ale.

All the best

I would definitely prefer the ale variety over the alternative. I may have to go on a quest for some Tanglefoot over here. Sounds tasty.

Well, I rarely look for alcoholic beverages on the insect repellent aisle, so I think I'm safe. Ales aren't my first choice, but I'll give it a try if I find it...

Tanglefoot, Bishops Finger, Spitfire, Lancaster, Speckled Hen, Sheep Dip, Brains, Hobgoblin are all not found on the insect repellant aisle, just work your way along the shelf and the side effects will be self evident

I was a busy girl today.

Rollin', rollin', rollin'
Rollin', rollin', rollin'
Rollin', rollin', rollin'
Rollin', rollin', rollin'
Doughnuts!

Keep rollin', rollin', rollin'
Though your arms are swollen
Keep that pin a rollin'
Doughnuts!!
Through dough and yeast and sugar
Oil, hot! Oh Bugger!
Wishin' some ice was by my side.
Set the dough for risin'
double up the sizin'
And wait again for all them to rise.

CHORUS
Punch 'em down, roll 'em flat,
Roll 'em flat, cut 'em out,
Rise 'em up, fry 'em gold
Doughnuts
Roll 'em flat, cut 'em out
Rise 'em up, fry 'em gold
cool 'em off, eat 'em up
Doughnuts!

Keep movin', movin', movin'
Arteries disapprovin'
Keep them treats a movin'
Doughnuts!!
Don't try to understand 'em
Just fry, and toss, and drain 'em
Soon we'll be having butts this wide.
My heart’s calculatin'
My true love will be waitin'
Be waiting at the end for a bite.

Punch 'em down, roll 'em flat,
Roll 'em flat, cut 'em out,
Rise 'em up, fry 'em gold
Doughnuts
Roll 'em flat, cut 'em out
Rise 'em up, fry 'em gold
cool 'em off, eat 'em up
Doughnuts!

Doughnuts!

Doughnuts!

It's a pity they trimmed out some of the best jokes.

Flavius
Thanks. Well, let's reconstruct the crime: Caesar was over here, and— What's the matter?

Brutus
Look over there, behind that pillar. Ssh! There's somebody behind that pillar; I'll go get him—

Flavius
Right!

Brutus
All right buddy!

Antony
Ow—ow—ow— Stop it! Stop it!

Flavius
All right, buster, what are you doing around here.

Antony
Well, what do you expect me to be doing? Why shouldn't I be here? I'm Mark Antony.

Flavius
Mark Antony?

Antony
Yes. I just made a speech over the body of Caesar. I said, "Friends, Romans and countrymen, lend me your ears!"

Flavius
Yeah? What have you got in that sack?

Antony
Ears!

Flavius
Will you get out of here!
