yeah I have lots of figures, trucks and other ground equipment, mostly N scale, but they are all in boxes in the top of a closet, I just got the building down to make a photo of these two new aircraft. here are some older photos with some odd and ends included.
I never have gotten around to decaling these trucks.
problems with "N" scale, nominally 1:160, but varying widely, most "N" scale vehicles are closer to 1/144, but some are much smaller!

Peter, those are cracking Wellingtons! What kit are they? I've been after a Wellington for a while.
I got this wee Revell Harrier GR7 kit a few weeks back and decided to give it a go. It really is a lovely kit and revell are to be congratulated on bringing out some fantastic items.

Inserted in cockpit and added a HUD display from some spare wire

And with the usual paw for scale effect
My hanger of 1/144 kits is growing nicely (and cheaply).

Lovely, Murdo. I too am very impressed with Revell's 1/144 offerings. They are really very nice.

Murdo that Harrier is staggering! all those decals, and the engine inlet is eye catching.
Peter Hawkins makes those kits himself, cast resin in molds of his own design. Have a look at the rest of Peter's Planes.

Yeah Bruce, I'm sure I remember your F18 from the Smurf scale campaign. An absolutely stunning piece of work, beautifully done. I've definitely seen it before.

airmail from Aus to UK is A$18.20 and to the USA is A$14.10 for parcel up to 500grams in weight.
I can usually get 3-6 planes in depending on their size (2 engine versus single).

Now, that's an interesting question.
Personally, I believe there's a need for seat harness, wheel hubs and exterior detail. Cockpit detail might be a little bit iffy.
I already do purchase some ExtraTech stuff in 1/144 for airliners; their sets do limit themselves to exterior and engine detail.
Perhaps your question could be more specific.

I am getting PE sets done for 1/144 cowl flaps in open position, German WW2 radar aerials, Beaufort aerials and Arado 196 float struts. Mainly to go with the planes I make in resin.
Aerials, antennas, ladders, chocks, flaps, wheel well details, engine covers and engine details, cockpit frames would ALL be welcome in 1/144.
I would love to see a PE cockpit frame that could be painted and then placed onto a clear canopy (saves trying to paint the frames on or using lots of little bits of tape!!).

1 suggestion for you. The ever present C-130. Extratech produced a beautiful set for the interior back end of the 130. But Minicraft's kit is totally devoid of an interior up front. I realize not much will be seen, but I do think a generic fold up cockpit with seats would definitely help this model. And considering this is the only aircraft I know that has been in production for over 60 years, there is more than enough schemes to be done.
And speaking of that, it really surprises me the decal makers have not jumped on this aircraft more. Granted the '130 is far from "sexy" - but it is a heck of a workhorse !
Just my 2 cents worth.

The decals were a mix of internet pics and stuff drawn in MS Word then inkjet printed on clear and white decal paper.
The undercarriage is scratchbuilt from brass and wire. the windows are Humbrol Clearfix and the Navdome is my first attempt at vacforming clear plastic. the radar on the roof is scratchbuilt from plastic and Milliput. All in all a very satisfying little build.
