Looks really interesting. Since it's portable, how is the vapors sucked into the filter then removed from the room?

Hello Joel,
Here's the answer.......
Bag has hoses that connect to the fan grill on the back. The "fan" shaped connection is for windows. It can be hooked up to a dryer vent if needed. The hose is 5 foot in length when pulled out.
I'll be posting a review on this tomorrow.
See ya in the funnies...............

Early present from my wife, err Santa, with some help by Hobby Link Japan. She also got me Tamiya's new 1:48 Ki-61 Hien which should be shipping out tomorrow.
I can't wait to start this one, I am thinking a Tuskegee red tail.

Paul,
I'm also looking forward to your build, as you have that Master's touch with P-51s.

The Works are currently selling some Airfix at a slightly cheaper than rrp price.
Treated myself to 1/24 Hurricane and Spitfire Vb for 30 quid each. Always wanted them so why not I thought
Only had a quick look in the boxes but the Hurricane looks to be the better kit.

Nice one Thomas! Merry Christmas!
Santa was busy at Castle Aeroscale too
Based on a quick check, Revell's big new Me 262 also looks very impressive.
I'll work on a first-look review over the holiday.
All the best
Rowan

Look a few posts back, I won the 1/32 Hasegawa Me 262A at this months club meeting raffle. Now I'm fairly sure I will need to pick up this Revell kit to go with it. Oh well, it is Christmas after all, if I can't spoil myself now, when can I??
Looking forward to your review Rowan.
Cheers, D

Hi Damian and Stephen
After a bit more of a rummage through the box, I must admit I'm increasingly well chuffed with the '262.
I've been a bit out of touch lately and hadn't even realised it was coming out. I was shooed away from a large bag from the LHS the other day and was left guessing what might be inside...!
All the best

Hi Richard
I shouldn't feel jealous, but I've long wanted a copy of Robert Mikesh's book!
Enjoy!

Rowan - the Aircraft Equipment title is still reasonable . Japanese Aircraft Interiors not so reasonable. I just recently stumbled upon the Interiors title on e bay with less than an hour to go on a buy it now price at almost half of what others were asking so I grabbed it but still pricey at $ 160. U.S. with shipping . I think this is more than double the initial cost but all the others were asking well over $ 300. I watched them on e bay for 6 months or so before taking the plunge .
BTW - ox cart was correct on AC Trivia - well done
All the best - Richard

No new kits for christmas this year for me (had nothing on my "must have for christmas" list).
I just wanted to wish you all a merry (belated) christmas and a happy new year. I'll be on my way to Stockholm tomorrow morning for a couple of days to celebrate New Years Eve this time in Sweden ....
Let's see if they can increase party and fireworks of Riga last year. Won't be easy ....

Sometimes it all comes together. I'm in the process of organizing my modelling stuff. Today, I found this super detail set. I don't remember buying it. And I don't have the Hasegawa kit its designed for (or at least I don't think I do!)
This evening I went for a walk and picked up the mail. Their was a small box and when I opened it If found this:
Wow! Turns out my wife picked the kit off of my modeling wish list on Amazon for our anniversary. Nice choice! Both the kit and my wife!
It will probably be a challenge to fit the detail set to the Airfix kit. Someday!

Hi again
Just arrived this morning direct from Airfix - the new 1:48 Ju 87B:
The box is massively larger than I expected, and a brief peek inside reveals the kit to be pretty impressive - a big step up from their old 1970s veteran.
All the best

Hello
After a few years airbrushing with lower end airbrushes, i bought these 2 from Japan.
They are from Gunze Mr Hobby and are supposed to be close to Iwata quality.
