Hi Chris
I'll get started today.
@ Tony - nice choice on those airbrushes. I think, to all intents and purposes, they are Iwatas, so you should find them excellent.
All the best
Rowan

Rowan -
I'm anxious for your review as this kit has been on my wish list for some time now but what happened to the " less reviews- more builds plan " ?
Happy modeling ! Richard

Checking UK 8th Air Force data base for my best friend Mike Felix's father who was a gunner in a B-17G I located this Photo on E-bay of his aircraft:-
Mike's father Charlie was a short small man and he told us that he was a Ball Turret Gunner.
RIP Charlie and my late friend Mike.

Some nice after-chrismas delivery!
Rowan: I'm quite developing to a big Airfix fan but thanks to your Stuka-review I won't yet go for that kit.

I stopped at a local shop, was in their "used" kit section and found this with AM parts including engine, seat, wheels, new decal sheet and gun barrels.

Nice haul there Chris, forward planning for your next holiday?
Cheers Phil

Not really planning Phil more a lack of impulse control. Actually taking advantage of a stash reduction sale by a fellow modeller here in New Zealand I was very lucky and got them for some rather good prices. So he was reducing his stash I've just expanded mine. LOL

Are you going to share a few pic's ?
Only thing that I'm a little disappointed in is the instrument decals . This will be replaced on my next Ultracast order along with their seat with belts .
