Hiding behind nicknames and then throwing with dirt .. thats what I like. Shame on you JP !
The postman was just in and brought some stuff that I got in the recent Moduni sale (not really spectacular prices, but I am o.k. with it) ... each just below 10 Euro.
This is why I bought that VW:

No worries Steffen , still don't see any WW1 stuff coming your way !
I have used Micro-Sculpt decals already . they were supplied from MS on the Fokker D.7 build and I have the 5 colour and the texture decals still waiting to be used . No he doesn't make them in 72 scale , would be nice if he did .
Sure can Jaypee , both sets are out of production now , have been for some time . These will be used on a Pfalz D.IIIa project done in my markings .

The postman was just in
I finally got my glue (Tamiya Extra Thin cement) ..
Look at the declaration .. It is quite common that the ebayer write it is a gift and that it is worth 10 $ (it is actually not too far away from that) .. but you can clearly hear a liquid when shaking the parcel .... wonder what kind of Toy that could be?! .. But I am happy, no stress with the customs and delivered to my door:
cheers

Hmmm Steffen. If it reads "toy" and says glug-glug-glug, you never know what red list you have ended up on. Watch out for those black helicopters
I wnt by a town nearby and realized that their toystore has beefed up their mode shelf. Great!
I got this Mossie for under €10 so now I must sign up for the night stalkers. This almost feels like a kit with allready added aftermarket extras. The radar nose and four blade prop comes on a special sprue, and in different colour too.
It seems like they're hot for Revell at this place, and I found a 1:32 Bf 109 K-4 for a normal Tamigawa 1:48 prize. Does anybody know anything about these. Prize seems fine to me, but are the Revells 1:32 any good as they come, or do they call for a lot of aftermarket parts?
See ya

Isn't that Hasegawa's kit re-boxed? Did the box happen to look like
this one? Here's what the postman brought yesterday. Another Ebay find.

If I'm not wrong, it is a reboxing of Hasegawa's Bf 109 with optional parts. If this is the case, the model is very good (you can see a finished model
here).
Today I've got this from Hannants (sorry for the poor quality of the picture)...
The Reggiane and the I-19 were on sale, as well as the PE stuff for 1/48 scale armor. The decal sheet is for my entry in the Cave Tonitrum Campaign over at the
P-47 Heaven.

Hi Tony
Nice Mossi, thoug I will stay clear of Aifix kits until the Vulcan comes out. Their Mossies are said to be "challenging".

They do not have Choppers here in Germany they come by bycicle or maybe mokick. But they have learned a lot from Staatssicherheit of the former GDR and just had made the right laws to raid my computer

I also tend to believe a Hasegawa re-issue is likely. Look at the box: if it says "Made in Japan" you knowfor sure.
Hi Jean Luc
Nice haul!!! I like the stuff

Steffen: Build a shelter, for you to hide in.
Eetu: That's exactly the one. I kind of like to show the engine, so that would be aftermarket, but how about the cockpit? I'm a sucker for busy cockpits you know.

Looking at that review I linked in my earlier post, the cockpit interior doesn't look bad, but there's room for improvement. Adding seatbelts and scratch-building missing details will punch up the detail level. Perhaps put in an aftermarket gunsight as well? Quickboost makes some nicely detailed but affordable Revi 16s.
If you're looking for a complete replacement or more comprehensive detailing, there's many options. The most obvious ones that pop into my mind are Aires (
set #2044) and Eduard (makes several PE sets for both the interior and exterior, including one monster of a big-ed set).
Hope this is of some help.

Eetu, that helps a lot. That resin pit looks gorgeous so now it's just time for decision making.
Thanks

What is in the He-70 cd case?
In the post today for me was my 1st dual action AB
Looking forward to practicing with it. The main reason for getting it being 1940 Luftwaffe mottling.

Hi Terri
there are 12 marking options. See review
here by Steven "Modeldad" Eisenman at hyperscale or this one
here by Chris Banyai-Riepl at Internet Modeler.
A friend ordered mine to share shipping, initially we wanted to use Aviation Bookshop, but they did no longer have the 72 scale booklet (which he needs) so he chose another distributor (Midland IIRC).
all the best

Hi JP
Really it isn't that much .. neither in volume nor in amount (of cash) ..
I just have 2 or 4 m³ on models most WW2 fighters .... that is almost nothing. I think that I have quite a good library on WW2 Luftwaffe but all other areas have glaring holes. So not that much either ..
all the best
