Hi Yalym
just take some pictures and post them! I am sure Carl and Jesper will count everything finished over the weekend, probably a 1-2 week extension will be granted too.
Hope everything is well with the guys?! .....
(Jean-Luc would you take the proper measures if they do not show up in a few weeks? (so you can make your own deadline ) )
all the best

Hi Vance
maybe look for the ribbon that "nobody" wanted .... at least that is, what I see in my profile.
Carl: everything o.k. ? seem you had not have the time (or mood) to read the thread ...

Here we go. Ok not my best model but remember I did it in two nights(one asembly one painting).
Revell's 1/72 Fw.190 F-8 with Hagelkorn. I didn't waste (weather) it too much because it is a test aircraft assigned to a provingstation. I thought, ok maybe it can be newly painted....who knows...
And with his little friends:
(Actualy I was planning to enter with the Dora but this seemed more apropiate)
Cheeers...

Yeah, I had a look myself .. strange. I still hope we will get the other ribbon .. it is hopefully not as hard to change the graphix file.
IMO you should write Carl a PM .. seems he is very busy at the moment and this way he will not have to search the thread for info.

Here is my entry, Tamiya 1:48 Fw190 F-8 (the older packaging without the bomb cart) with Eduard PE. It was my first time I bought PE fret and that sadly can be seen at some points.
Painted completely with brush and Lifecolor acrylics, weathering with oils and MIG washes and tamiya pigments.
Photography is not one of my best areas, but this is as best as I could make them.
It is one of the planes of I. / SG 4 in Italy 1944.

I am still around. Just having a lot of back pain. Most of my low back is fused together. Now the docs want to fuse the next three levels. It is hard for me to do much sitting these days. So I have not been on line or modeling as much as I would like to.

Hi Carl,
Sorry to hear about your back problems. I hope you will feel better soon...
Here is my (late) entry for the Butcherbird campaign...
Other picture can be found here.
Thanks to you for letting me finish the model.

Even though the campaign is officially over, would you still mind me posting my few last Dora updates (and then the finished model) here?
Yesterday I finished painting the camo and gave it a coat of future:
Weird, these Xtracrylics' were supposed to be RLM 82 and 83 but the lighter green somehow looks too light next to the darker one.... Or is it just me?
I think I'll just live with it, as with the camo pattern going way too low on the fuselage side and with mottling I'm not too happy with.
I'll just get this one over with.

I'm finished ... over a month late. Not much hope for a ribbon anymore I guess, but here's some pics anyway, as I thought you might want to see how it turned out.
Even though I'm not that happy with the way the fuselage mottling turned out, I'm pleased with my free-hand airbrushing the wings and stabilisers.

Well, there we have two top notch models of two of the uglier variants of 190's. Great job both Eetu and Jean-Luc.
