Thanks, you beat my delete, I found it after. Had not realize the campaigns has been organized into sites.

I think it's an Aeroscale thing.

I have made some progress on my Bf 109D. The basic construction is done, so next the painting can begin.

Hello folks,
now I get started, too. I will build a Tank Ta-154 A-0/U1 from the Hasegawa kit. Have to take some parts and decals from the otherwise not-recommendable PM kit.

Not a lot done yet, mostly cleaning up parts but did get some of the PE started.
Cheers Rob.

@Jesper: Looking good there fella! I'm guessing that it'll be an all black Me109? Or will it be in day fighter camouflage? Either way looking forward to see what you do with it.
@Rob: Nice Rob! I'd like to see how the photo etch improves the cockpit as I've several others to build and I'm thinking of using etch on those.

Thanks for the comment, Chris. It will be in the early day fighter camo. It was only later with the Emil version the Luftwaffe started the all black camo. Later obviously they went back to light and dark greys.

I am putting two complete engines in mine and have decided that I will try and fit the Verlinden ones in instead of the kit engines. I was going to save them for the second kit but have changed my mind after seeing the Great Wall P-61 and Eduard engines I think they will be a future project and the engines from the Great Wall kit will go in the second Monogram kit.
Cheers Rob.

@Jesper, the 109 is looking great, I've always liked the early war paint schemes on those birds.
@Peter, love the Ta-154, were they called mosquitos also, or were they called mosquito killers???
@Rob, cool improvements to that old Monogram P-61 kit.
@Andrew, it's almost a shame to have to paint over that cool clear nose cone on your Black Widow, it hides that wild looking radar system. Great work on the cockpit interior.
@Lap Man, nice FW-190, almost did this kit myself.
Great work everyone, terrific inspiration. Bill.

Less than 2 months to go and this is the current state of my F-82F.
Only parts of the wings, radar pod, and drop tanks cemented... but I am planning on getting this thing cooking very quickly. I have the paints I need and I just finished up something that was taking up a bunch of my desk time. Hopefully I won't need an extension!

Hi William
This is the glass nose version, Means that hopefully you will still see the radar, but I can't fill the nose with lead

Your widow is looking great Andrew, still the sexiest aircraft ever built!
I am planning a dio with a Widow under maintenance and being refuelled, so no chance of nose weights. My plan is to scratch build a small a-frame ladder to fit neatly under the horizontal stabiliser and use this to hold it level.
As Michael said, awesome work so far in this campaign from everybody. Hopefully I will get a couple of hours on my P-70 this weekend, it's getting close to paint stage now.
Cheers, D
