Gotta love living in Melbourne ! We have the Melbourne Cup on this Tuesday, so we get a public holiday. So do we go to work Monday ? NO, why bother. That gives me a 4 day weekend. Now, ship the kids off to their grandparents thisafternoon for a break for 2 nights, ship the wife off to work tomorrow (somebody has to keep the economy going), and guess where you will find me ALL DAY Monday ??? You got it, at the bench. Gotta love living in Melbourne !

ok here we go,looking forward to this one.....

included is some referance material,the decals are wrong for this plane as they put 2 different planes used on the same day together.
the first thing to do is fill and sand the numbers off that were moulded into the plastic.

My next step will be to plot my course on the fuselage....I must clean up the trenches and do some scribing and rivetting here ..

It is raining and lousy weather here ,so I cant do any work outside ...so it looks like Ill just have to do some modelling to fill my time ...darn...lol...

Looking good Rowan! ..I wish I kept my copy of the news last summer ...we had some re-enactors here in town and there was a full naval assault off our towns beaches by American forces..(1812 re-enaction)...and the header was AMERICAN FORCES ATTEMPT LANDING AT BEAVERTON! it was great ..lol

the whole story so i dont read it or watch it.But here we go,I cant start it just yet
trying to finish my build log on my F4U-1.I will be building a PBY/OA-10A in 1/48TH
from the 4th rescue squadron in Hamilton AFB,California.Not only is this kit MASSIVE
biggest plane ive built yet!But it will be very colorful.Over all the kit actually looks
promising,wish revell would employ alot more of the details and what not into there
other kits.Ok im done ranting.Here you are...........
