I guess I have my schedule full for a year or so, but I might be able to do something in case I can find the right thing. Does anybody know if there is a 1:48-model of Hawker Osprey?
The swedish navy had a batch of those on an aircraft cruiser in the thirties, but it didn't fit the bill in "Airedale navy". Maybe it could fit here, if it's out there to be found.

hello Tony,
your proposed build fits great in the campaign.as for the kit, i do not know if there is one . did you try a search on the net? there is a webstore that has a lot of Aircraft models and i think it is based in Florida,USA. i do not have the web address.
sorry about the late reply and welcome to the campaign.
cheers,
Bruce

Apparently Italeri is releasing the Arado 196 in 1/48 just in time for our campaign. Mow I know what I will be building for this campaign.

Hello Jesper,
That is a very sharp looking Seaplane. Are you going to do a dio or stand alone?
Either way, it will look great.
cheers,
Bruce

or perhaps an XC-47

Hello Matt,
I like the XC-47 myself. Thanks for the update and Photo's.
Everyone who have signed up for this campaign, any and all Seaplanes and Flying Boats are allowed to include Military and Civilian.
I am thinking about a Civilian Seaplane for my build. I just need to do a little more research.
cheers,
Bruce

Hello Bob,
Welcome to the campaign. Please remember that it starts this Winter.
looks like you are going to have a difficult decision on which one to build.
I have 3 different to models and i need to pick one.
They are Cressna 172 Float Plane in 1/48 scale by Minicraft
A Blohm & Voss BV22 V-2 in 1/72 scale by Revell
And one i just picked up at a show here in town, A PK 601 SuperMarine Stranraer in 1/72 scale by Matchbox. It has poor decals so i am going to have to buy some if i build her.
So i need some input from all of you abut each plane.
Cheers,
Bruce

Hello Jim,
The box is in poor shape and the decals are very bad. But looking over the kit everything looks to be there. I got it for $6.00 at a show 2 weeks ago. If the kit is for you to build, I will let you have it. Just send me your address and I will send it out.
Welcome to the campaign,
Cheers,
Bruce

Wooo hoo!you go Terri!!!!
mabe Ill have to add that 1:seventytooth scale Sopwith Baby to my builds...I have a neat Idea to do it sitting in the water on a circular oak base..( IE a fencepost top from Home Depot)
By the way ..I just stumbled across what looks to be a useful reference for all in this campaign..
